HOW TO SPA

Spa bookings can only be accepted on receipt of Credit Card, Laser card or gift card details.
By booking a treatment you are automatically accepting the Spas terms and conditions.

What to bring

We provide a Robe, Slippers & towel for treatments with inclusive access to the Spa Facilities. If using the Sauna swimwear is essential.

Spa Facilities

Customers who do not have automatic access to Spa Faciliites can pay €15pp for 1 hr access.
In the interest of other customers, please adhere to the 1 hr guidelines allocated to you to enjoy the Spa Facilities alongside your treatments. In the event that the Sauna is out of order, no refunds or discounts will be issued as this does not affedt your treatment(s). In the event that you lose your locker key, a Lost Key Charge of 10e will be automatically applied.

Your Appointment

To maximise your experience, we ask you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time. This will be used for your personal consultation and for you to relax into your surroundings. We require that all new clients fill out a health questionnaire before their treatment. Failure to arrive before your treatment to allow time for this may result in your appointment time being reduced.

Health Conditions

If you have any allergies, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition or have any health/skin conditions, however minor you are obliged to advise your therapist(s) verbally on each visit before each treatment. Please also advise us of any health conditions when making booking.

Spa Etiquette

The Spa is designed to be a calm and relaxing environment and for this reason the use of mobile phones is prohibited. We also ask that you respect other Spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation area and throughout the facility. Any loud & unruly behaviour in any area of the Spa may result in you being asked to vacate the premises, forgoing your treatments(s) that will be charged.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals/Payment

We require a minimum of 24 hrs cancellation notice and a minimum of 48hrs for groups of 5 or more. A 50% cancellation charge will automatically be applied for any treatment(s) not cancelled with SeaBreeze Spa at least 24 hrs prior to appointment time. Cancellation within 12hrs will incur a 100% charge.
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment and in some cases we may be forced to reschedule your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
We accept cash, Laser and all major credit cards. All prices quoted in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers

Treat yourself or someone special to a SeaBreeze Day Spa Voucher. Gift Voucher are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable and non- transferrable. Voucher code must be quoted at time of booking and presented on the day of treatment.

*Lost or stolen vouchers can not be redeemed as the code is needed at back of card to scan for the value.

Courses

We offer courses of treatments to provide you with the best value for money. All course valid for 6mths.
